Who We Are!
At Pets Galore, we are trying to support the local hobby. We do have to order out large fish orders and some reptiles from out of state vendors, but we get the majority of our collection from local breeders or breed it in the store ourselves. We are working towards being totally locally supplied and self-sufficient. The more stuff we can get locally, the happier we are. Pets Galore came about in 1975 and has been in a couple of different people’s hands but has been owned since 2000 by Tim Fleming. He has done so many good things with the store including running the store alone for almost two years. All of that is changing now. We still have Tim as our fearless leader, but we also have a few other additions to the team to mention. Jason has been in the pet industry for over twelve years and specializes in rodent and reptile breeding. He is a Taurus and likes long walks on the beach. |

As our squad leader, I am in charge of our reptile collection. I have been keeping reptiles for more than half my life. I also manage a few of our larger fish tanks. My turn offs are fake people and lawn gnomes. |

Kamal |

Kamal is our fish guy. He performs the daily maintenance on our 100+ fish tanks! He also runs an in-home fish maintenance service. He enjoys the simple things in life, dry ice and nox-ich. |

Tim |
|
Now this character is one to watch out for. Tim has been at Pets Galore since 1985. He has carried this store into a new generation and can still keep up with us kids. He is by far the best boss to work for and is one of the nicest, most intelligent people I have ever met. |

Verna |
|
Of course, I couldn’t do a page about our staff without at least mentioning my girlfriend, Verna. Verna has been at Pets Galore since it’s inception. But she is our conscience and the one who keeps all of us in line. She doesn’t like me very much. |

That’s it for those of us who are actually on staff but there are a few other people I want to mention because they do more for us than we could ever ask. |

James does a lot for us in remodeling and is in the process of doing a lot of amphibian and oddity fish breeding for us. |

Brandon |

Brandon here helps us at reptile shows and comes in on the weekends just because he likes us that much. |

Chris |
|
Gib here is certainly a character. He does a lot for us but at the moment, I can’t really think of anything. I guess he is more of just there. |

Marc |
|
Marc here has been coming into the store and volunteering where ever he can for years. Right now he helps me every week with our small snakes and bearded dragons. Without Marc Pets Galore would not be here. |

Pat |
|
Pat does a lot of our carpentry. He is Tim’s nephew so Tim picks on him first so the rest of us like having him around. Pat is really friendly with electric and falling hammers too. |
